The Apprentice

I was one of the candidates in Series 5 of The Apprentice. I managed the boys to victory in the first week, setting myself up immediately as one of the front runners for the job.

Unfortunately, a difficult Shopping Channel task in Week 10 landed me in the boardroom and I was fired. Sir Alan said it was a very difficult decision, and that we’d all come a long way.

On “You’re Fired” with Adrian Chiles I was fortunate enough to have one of the largest majorities of green “hired” votes from the audience Adrian had ever seen in Apprentice history. Even Margaret Mountford, Sir Alan’s loyal aide, thought he made the wrong decision in firing me.

I left with my head held high and professionalism in tact. As Rufus Hound, another panellist on “You’re Fired” put it, I left still extremely employable, not something that many candidates can claim.

A world of opportunity now awaits and I look forward to what the future may bring.
